Wu Jing flute concert with flutist Jan Bengtson and Svenska Lyxorkester, China National Day 2013 Stockholm musikaliska

On the eve of the Chinese National Day,the Stockholm concert hall decorated, a concert entitled Scandinavia Meets China is being held here. “Tomorrow is my motherland – China ‘s birthday, so I use this song Love of Republic to express my feelings .” on the occasion of the People’s Republic of China was established 64 years , Wu Jing and musicians from the Royal Swedish Symphony Orchestra flutist Jean Bengtson to play flute on the interpretation of the Nordic dialogue with China.

Wu Jing comes from Jiangsu Province in China, learns flute under the guide of the Mr. Bengtson. She is visually impaired since childhood , but with a love of music and the teacher ‘s instructions, her ability of playing flute has improved continuously. In many cities of United States,she was be on the stabe,in Washington , Atlanta and New York etc. Her music makes people’s hearts and soul bright. She also joined in the Athens Paralympic Games , the Paralympic Games and won 14 gold medals. She moved to Sweden since 2008 , as a board member of Swedish Association of Visually Impaired Youth, Wu Jing actively promote exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and Sweden disabled people , led the first visit of the Swedish delegation of the disabled in China.

During the concert, Chinese and Swidish musicians were alternatively playing. In cooperation of Mr. Bengtson and Other Swedish artists , Wu Jing ,played her solo and concerto performances of “A Dry White style” , “The Moon Represents My Heart” , “The Butterfly Lovers ” and other Chinese songs. The understanding to the Chinese music of Swedish People made everybody there get touched . The comany of Vicul sponsord this concert with the aim promoting cultural exchanges and showing the Chinese music to the world.
